Earners of the Certified Professional Coach (CPC) certification have satisfactorily completed the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC) Coach Training Program, which includes 160 hours of instruction and practice. They have also passed the final exam in accordance with the approved International Coaching Federation (ICF) requirements. These earners demonstrate knowledge and proficiency in leadership coaching using iPEC's proprietary method of Core Energy Coaching™ and in the core competencies outlined by the ICF. Additionally, they can provide valuable parenting resources that enhance their coaching practice.

The Energy Leadership™ Index (ELI) assessment is a proprietary, research-backed assessment tool that transforms abstract concepts, such as an individual's worldview, into tangible metrics you can see and feel. This tool is particularly valuable for those pursuing CPC certification as it enhances leadership coaching skills. Additionally, it offers insights that can be beneficial as parenting resources, helping individuals reevaluate their perspectives in the future. Importantly, the ELI is only available through an iPEC Certified Coach.

Earners of the COR.E Leadership Dynamics™ Specialist (CLDS) certification have successfully completed the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC) COR.E Dynamics™ training program. This program includes all training requirements, consisting of 40 hours of instruction and practice, which is essential for those pursuing CPC certification. The training is designed to enhance leadership coaching skills, focusing on the principles of Energy Leadership™ to effectively coach for performance. Additionally, this certification can serve as a valuable resource for parenting resources, as it equips individuals with the tools needed to lead and guide effectively.

Earners of the COR.E Wellbeing Dynamics™ Specialist (CWDS) certification have successfully completed the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching’s (iPEC) COR.E Dynamics™ training program, which includes all training requirements totaling 40 hours of instruction and practice. This program equips coaches with the necessary training to specialize in leadership coaching by applying the principles of Energy Leadership™. CWDS certified coaches, who often hold a CPC certification, assist clients in various aspects of supporting wellbeing, including providing valuable parenting resources.
