Welcome to Life Fulfilled

Hello, I am a Certified Coach specializing in Executive Leadership and Personal Well Being through the International Coaching Federation. I bring 30 years of experience in the private and public sectors, including as an Executive at a large not-for-profit Head Start organization, Manager at Nike, and a department chair at Portland Community College.

My approach is individualized, relationship-based, systems thinking, assertive, intuitive, and kind. My passion is helping you see your (and your organization's) strengths and areas for growth—especially in achieving true work/life balance—identify where you want to be, and work together to get you (and your team) there.

I am a mom to two wonderful young men and a sweet little Yorkie/Schnauzer 11-year-old pup. On the weekends, I love the mountains to ski or hike, and the beach and rivers to paddle board and enjoy nature.
