A bit about Jamie...

Welcome to Life Fulfilled

Hello, I am a Certified Coach specializing in Executive Leadership, and Personal Well Being through the International Coaching Federation. I bring 30 years of experience in the private and public sectors including as an Executive at a large not-for-profit organization, Manager at a large shoe corporation, and the department chair of a program at a local community college.

I am a Coach, trainer, and consultant. My approach is individualized, relationship-based, systems thinking, assertive, intuitive, and kind. My passion is helping you see your strengths, identify where you want to be, and work together to get you there.

I am a mom to two wonderful young men and a sweet little Yorky/Schnauzer 10-year-old pup. On the weekends, I love the mountains to ski or hike and the beach and rivers to paddle board and enjoy nature.
